Keep in mind that our sleeves work by compression. The tighter the fit, the more compression is applied. If your measurement falls directly between two sizes, we typically recommend ordering the larger size to ensure comfort and fit. If you worry they will be too loose or prefer a tighter, more compressed fit, order a size down.
