Return Policy
All orders are backed by our 30-Day Comfort Fit guarantee. Try them on and if they don't fit, send them back to us in unused/unwashed condition for a full refund or exchange.
Our return policy lasts for 30 days, starting from the date of delivery. If it has passed the 30 days, the order is unfortunately no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, you will be issued a refund minus any shipping costs already paid when placing your order. Refunds can either be credited back to you as store credit, or back to the original method of payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
You will be notified by email of your newly exchanged item's tracking number once your exchange has been processed and shipped.
Return/Exchange Procedure
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you must contact us by email or our Contact Us page within 30 days of the date your order shows as delivered on the package tracking history.
Please be sure to provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Upon receipt of your request, our support team will determine authorization and provide you with return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), please allow up to 1 week after the delivery confirmation date for your refund/exchange to be processed. Once your refund is processed, average time to receive your refund is 3-7 days. The number of days can vary depending on your financial institution.
