How do I measure myself to get the correct size?
Using a measuring tape, measure your thigh circumference 5" inches from the center of your kneecap. If you do not have a measuring tape, you can download and print a measuring tape by clicking this link.
My measurement falls between two sizes, which size should I choose?
Keep in mind that our sleeves work by compression. The tighter the fit, the more compression is applied. If your measurement falls directly between two sizes, we typically recommend ordering the lower size to fully benefit from the effects of compression. If you worry they will be too tight or prefer a looser, less compressed fit, order a size up.
How long are they?
Each sleeve measures approximately 19" inches (48 cm) long.
